    Authentic Indian Recipes

Mauritius has a wide variety dishes of Indian origin with a uniquely Mauritian twist. This means that the dishes and their names went through a French and Créole transformation and you will unlikely find these dishes outside of the island.

Make your very own Mauritian curry powder and achard masala paste. These are at the base of many of our Indian recipes so be sure to have them handy. Next, try your hand at our beloved achard légumes.
