    Hot Sauce & Condiments

    Mauritian Hot Sauces and Condiments

No meal is ever complete without a little spice or tangy component in Mauritius!

This section compiles all of our favorite hot sauces, condiments, hot chili pastes, dressing and anything else that makes a Mauritian meal complete.

Two essential Mauritian chili pastes are:

    1. Mazavaroo Chili Paste. This is to serve with literally everything, except dessert. It is especially incredible with our Mauritian Chicken Briani. Enough said.
    2. Homestyle Chinese Red Chili Paste. This is to serve with all Chinese dishes.
